Two men have been murdered and another man is in a critical condition. All three of these attacks occurred in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape within 24 hours.
10 White South African men have been murdered by Black men since the 1st of August 2013.

Off-duty Police Sergeant, Wilhelm Pretorius of the Gelvandale Police office, was reported missing late yesterday afternoon. He was last spotted leaving the local gym at 9am on Thursday morning.
After an extensive search, his body was discovered late last night in the bushes between Motherwell and Uitenhage.
The body was identified as that of 36-year-old Willem Pretorius. He was shot dead.
It is alleged that he was highjacked.

Van Onselen was barely alive when police found him and he was rushed to hospital.
He suffered 22 stab wounds in his chest, chin and upper body and is still in a critical condition in Cuyler Hospitaal in Uitenhage.
His motorbike, which is believed to have been stolen during the incident, was found in Uitenhage.

A second Port Elizabeth man was murdered this morning in Sidwell.
He left for work from his home in Young Park. On arrival he noticed that something was amiss as he saw 2 armed black men in front of the Wheel Doctor, owned by his cousin. The 2 men had just robbed the business at gunpoint.
Johan Botha (51) then drove onto the pavement an knocked down one of the gunmen.
The other one came around the side of the vehicle and shot Botha through the window. He died on the scene.
His son, Theuns Botha, related the incident in a heart wrenching letter on the FB Page of Boere Krisis Aksie.
He ended his letter with the words:
“Sal jou baie mis vader Johan Botha. Rus sag, stuur groete vir Oupa en Ouma.”
(We will miss you Dad. Rest in Peace and send our love to Grandma and Grandpa.)
